    The Nutritional Services Department looks forward to welcoming students back for the 2024-2025 school year!  We will continue serving healthy school breakfast and lunch meals to help fuel our students for success.  During the pandemic, the United States Congress passed legislation authorizing the USDA to allow schools to offer free meals to all students.  Unfortunately, Congress has NOT extended this benefit for the 2024-2025 school year.  This means that families that are eligible for free or reduced-price meals must apply to receive them, and all other students must pay full price for their meals.  Please see pricing below.  BREAKFAST IS FREE FOR ALL STUDENTS

     

    The Pennridge School District strongly encourages you to apply before the start of the school year.  Families must pay for school meals until their application is processed and approved.  Apply online at www.schoolcafe.com

     

    Additionally, approved applications can help with other services, such as reduced-priced internet through Comcast's "Internet Essentials" program.  Visit XFINITY INTERNET ESSENTIALS for more information.  

     

    Lastly, school meal programs nationwide continue to experience many of the same supply chain issues that have impacted restaurants and grocery stores throughout the pandemic.  We ask that parents and students be patient as we sort through these supply chain challenges.
