Pennridge High School offers 2 different courses for students who play guitar, piano, bass, and drumset or  vocalists. 

2 ROCK BAND COURSES

In Rock Band 1, students learn how to perform as part of a band by learning songs from the 1950s to the current. During the class, students will form bands, rehearse with their band, and then perform together as a band. At the end of the semester, students do a live performance for friends and family. Rock Band 2 gives students a chance to write their own music. This course focuses on the songwriting part of being a band as well as the recording process. Students develop their own lyrics and style and not only perform their songs live but also record them in our studio.
