Bidding/RFP Information

The current weather forecast for Monday, January 6, 2025 includes a potential for snow accumulation in the area of the Pennridge School District.  In the event that snow or ice accumulation causes the Pennridge School District to close on January 6, 2025, the bid opening will be postponed until 2pm on January 7, 2025 or the next day that Pennridge School District opens.

• Door 14 at South Middle School is called out to be Door/Hardware replacement only. Its hardware page states to reuse the existing aluminum frame. The frame at that door is Hollow Metal, not aluminum, and in poor condition. Would it be possible to issue a change/addendum to replace this frame, along with the doors and hardware?   
  • South MS Door #14 (INCLUDE) Removal and Replacement of Door Frame
• The doors/hardware scheduled for Door 20 at the High School are vastly different than the existing conditions. The same is true for Door 21. There is a different quantity of doors and a different type of door altogether (Specialite vs. Hollow Metal). I just wanted to confirm how to handle that opening/hardware.
