Pennridge School District: Phase 3 2024 Sitework Project

BIDS ARE INVITED ON A LUMP SUM BASIS FOR THE FOLLOWING PRIME CONTRACTS:

Sealed prime bid proposals for construction of the 2024 Sitework Project will be received by Mr. Kelly Harper at the Pennridge School District Operations Department, 1303 North 5^th Street, Perkasie, PA  18944 until 1:00pm, Wednesday, August 30, 2023. Faxed bids will not be accepted.  No award of the contract will be made at the bid opening.

A Non-mandatory Pre-bid conference and site walk will be held. Bidders will meet at the Pennridge High School located at 1200 North 5^th Street, Perkasie, PA  18944 on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at 10:00am. A brief meeting will be held, followed by an optional site visit.

Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Sitework Project for which construction proposals are being solicited hereby is a construction project constructed by a public entity constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates, and other applicable Acts.

All Prime Contractors are required to formally register with Jennifer Sariano at Jennifer.sariano@sitelogiq.com and Dewanna Laning at Dewanna.laning@sitelogiq.com with SitelogIQ Construction. Drawings, specifications, and addenda may be viewed on-line via Procore and downloaded (free of charge) by all Prime Bidders as well as their subcontractors and vendors upon registering.

Submit all questions and requests for information in writing via emailed regarding the drawings or specifications should be directed to: SitelogIQ, Attn:  Chuck Levkulich at chuck.levkulich@sitelogiq.com. No later than Friday, August 25, 2023, at 5:00pm.

This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.  The Bids will be publicly opened in Pennridge School District Operations & Maintenance building located at 1303 North Fifth Street, Perkasie, PA  18944.

Phase 3 HS/MS Campus Paving project, Contract 01, awarded by the School Board on 9/26/2023 (click here) to Barker & Barker in the amount of $1,584,000.  The deduct bid alternate for line striping was declined. 

Phase 3, Wayfinding Signage, Contract 02, awarded by the School Board on 9/26/2023 (click here) to Fast Signs in the amount of $76,800.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids for a Walk-in Freezer installation will be received by the Board of School Directors of the Pennridge School District in the District Operations Office, 1303 N. Fifth Street, Perkasie, PA 18944 until 2:00pm prevailing time, Thursday, April 6, 2023.  The School District will not be responsible for late delivery of mail and no bid will be accepted after 2:00pm prevailing time, on Thursday, April 6, 2023.

A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on March 30, 2023 at 2:00pm.
