NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS
Sealed Proposal for Solicitor Services will be received by the Board of School Directors of the Pennridge School District in the District Administration Office, 1200 N. Fifth Street, Perkasie, PA 18944 until 4 p.m. prevailing time, Thursday, July 18, 2024. At that time and place, the sealed bids will be publicly opened and read. The School District will not be responsible for late delivery of mail and no proposal will be accepted after 4 p.m. prevailing time, Thursday, July 18, 2024.

The Pennridge School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to make the award in the best interest of the School District.

Board Motion on October 28, 2024:
Motion to retain Eckert Seamans as Solicitor for the Pennridge School District for the five-year term of November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2029. The following rates apply to the term of November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2027: $235 per hour for partners and associates and $100 per hour for paralegals and other clerical personnel.
Motion to retain Sweet, Stevens, Katz, and Williams as Special Education Legal Counsel at the rate of $200 per hour for attorneys for routine legal matters, $150 per hour for legal assistants, and $220 per hour for attorneys for non-routine legal matters and $150 per hour for legal assistants for non-routine matters. Approve renewing/continuing Pennridge School District’s participation in the SSKW special education and technology pool counsel reports.
