West Rockhill Elementary School, completed in September 1990 is located in West Rockhill Township, Sellersville, Pennsylvania. Situated on 21 acres of land in Upper Bucks County, it is the seventh and newest elementary school in the Pennridge School District and is home to our mascot, "Marvelous the Mountain Lion."
The six distinctive rooflines of West Rockhill Elementary School are easily spotted from the main street of Washington Avenue. Each roof line houses one of the school's grade levels, in addition to individual Common Areas capable of providing additional teaching and learning space for our students. West Rockhill Elementary School provides educational services for grades Kindergarten through Fifth. Student instructional programming is supported and complemented by specialists in the areas of Music, Art, Library/Information Services, Physical Education, two Learning Support teachers, a Gifted Support teacher, STEM, Title I, an Instructional Support Team, as well as Speech/Language/Hearing Support, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Chorus, and Instrumental Music instruction.
The West Rockhill instructional program is further enhanced by many community-based activities emphasizing positive actions through Field Trips, Spirit Activities, and Family Fun Nights.
