The Pennridge School District is no longer accepting paper applications. It is recommended that all applicants register on the PAREAP on-line application system, www.pareap.net. To register with them, visit www.pareap.net, click on "Employment Opportunities" in the left margin, click on JOIN REAP, and follow the instructions. All secondary applicants MUST apply through PAREAP. Indicate your interest by clicking on the interest button on any of our REAP postings. Your REAP application can be viewed on-line. Additional documentation, i.e. certification, clearances, transcripts and three letters of reference will be required if selected for a first-round interview and need not be submitted to the District beforehand.  It is also recommended that these supplemental documents be uploaded as part of the PAREAP application so they are also available for on-line viewing.

Elementary applicants should not submit an application until an elementary position becomes available and is posted on our website. A letter of interest, stating availability on PAREAP, with current resume, will be all that is needed.  Your REAP application can be viewed on-line. Additional documentation, i.e. certification, clearances, transcripts and three letters of reference will be required if selected for a first-round interview and need not be submitted to the District beforehand.  It is also recommended that these supplemental documents be uploaded as part of the PAREAP application so they are also available for on-line viewing.

***Please Note that all positions within the District require that individuals posses current (within one (1) year) Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance (Act 151), PA Criminal clearance (Act 34), and Federal Criminal (FBI Fingerprinting, Act 114) clearance. Forms are avalailable at the Pennridge District Administration Office. You can also find more information regarding these clearances ONLINE.

 

 

 

  POSITION:

     Itinerant Spanish Teacher

Middle Schools

Other information/qualifications:

This position will be available through the end of the 2009-2010 school year and is responsible for delivery of the 8th grade conversational Spanish and Level I Spanish curriculum in the three District middle schools.  Current PA Act 34, 151 and Act 114 FBI clearances are also required.   EOE

 

  POSITION:

    Learning Support Teacher

Other information/qualifications:

Write, implement and monitor progress of IEPs, including behavioral goals, for high school students with learning and/or emotional disabilities.   Current PA Special Education certification is required; Special Education with content area certification preferred. Act 34, 151 and Act 114 FBI clearances are also required.   EOE

   1st Grade Teacher

Other information/qualifications:

This position will be available through the end of the 2009-2010 school year.  All duties and responsibilities for instruction and learning in a 1st grade classroom. Current PA Elementary certification is required.  Act 34, 151 and Act 114 FBI clearances are also required.   EOE
